Adin Experiences is owned and operated by Yariv Adin through Multifunnels, Inc., a Delaware corporation — 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

Adin Experiences is an experience discovery and referral service in the MoodTrip.ai travel ecosystem.

1. Using the service

By using the website, Ask Adin AI, or the Adin Experiences ChatGPT app and MCP tools, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully, provide search inputs you are permitted to share, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security or provider restrictions.

2. Experience provider and booking contract

Experience content, prices, and schedules may be supplied by Viator. Final availability, price, and transaction terms are confirmed on Viator.

Adin Experiences is a discovery and affiliate-referral service. It does not supply tours, accept payment, issue vouchers, or become a party to your booking. Your purchase contract is with Viator or the supplier identified at checkout, and their terms, privacy policy, cancellation rules, eligibility requirements, and support process apply.

3. Prices, currency, availability, and cancellation

Prices default to US dollars (USD). When you select another supported display currency, prices are requested in that currency where available. Final price, availability, payment currency, and any currency conversion are confirmed by Viator at checkout.

Search prices may be per person, indicative, rounded, cached, or based on a different traveler mix. Taxes, fees, exchange rates, options, pickup, and cancellation terms can change. Review all final details on Viator before paying.

4. Information and AI-generated comparisons

We aim to display provider data accurately and identify MoodTrip recommendations separately. Review the provider page before completing a transaction.

Ask Adin AI may summarize or rank provider information. These summaries are informational and may contain errors or omissions. They are not travel, safety, legal, medical, or financial advice. Check official destination guidance and the current provider page.

5. Accounts, privacy, and communications

The public website can be searched without an account. Connecting the ChatGPT app creates an anonymous guest authorization. Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and user controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment card details, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive health information.

6. Intellectual property and provider content

Adin Experiences branding, software, and original interface content belong to Multifunnels, Inc. or its licensors. Viator and suppliers retain rights in their names, descriptions, photos, reviews, and other provider content. The service gives you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the interface for travel discovery; it does not grant rights to copy or commercially reuse provider content.

7. Service availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove results that are unsafe, unlawful, or no longer available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Multifunnels, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, provider acts or omissions, or travel disruption. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to Adin Experiences for the service giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
